This is an informational and enquiry website. Bookings, payments and contracts are not completed on this website, and we do not process card or payment data here. As a result, our use of cookies is limited: we do not need cookies to run a checkout, a customer account area or an advertising network.
What the website does need to remember is small and practical: the language you chose, the properties you saved, and whether you have answered the cookie banner.

Records the apartments you mark with the heart icon, so your shortlist is still there when you return. This list stays on your device — we do not receive it, and it is not linked to your name or contact details.
A copy of the apartment listings shown on the website, kept on your device so that pages open quickly. It contains no information about you.
On the private management area only, a session marker records that you are signed in. It is held in session storage and is discarded as soon as you close the browser tab.
Some parts of the website are provided by other companies. Where that happens, those companies may set their own cookies or receive your IP address, and their own privacy and cookie policies apply. We do not control those cookies.
Typefaces are loaded from Google's font service on every page so that the website displays as designed. Google receives the request, including your IP address. This service does not set advertising cookies.
Individual apartment pages include an embedded map showing the property's location. When such a page loads, Google may set cookies on your device and receive your IP address. If you prefer to avoid this, do not open individual apartment pages, or block third-party cookies in your browser.
Where an apartment has a video tour, it is embedded from a video platform such as YouTube or Vimeo. That platform may set cookies, including advertising cookies, when the page containing the video is opened.
Our contact form is delivered to us through a third-party form service. It processes the details you type into the form in order to send them to us by email. It runs only at the moment you submit an enquiry.
Buttons and links that open a WhatsApp conversation take you to WhatsApp itself. Nothing is sent until you choose to send a message, and from that point WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply.
At the date shown at the top of this page, this website does not run any analytics or measurement service, and no analytics cookies are placed.
We may introduce a privacy-respecting analytics service in future in order to understand which pages and which apartments are of most interest. If we do, it will be used only to produce aggregate statistics, it will not be used to identify you personally, and where consent is required it will be loaded only after you have accepted.
